I’m so happy you’re here! My goal is to make your shopping experience smooth, clear, and enjoyable. Below you’ll find my shop policies, so you know exactly what to expect when ordering.
📦 Processing & Shipping
Each item is handmade and thoughtfully designed with care and attention to detail. Processing times may vary, but most orders are prepared and shipped within 7–10 business days unless otherwise noted. Please note that processing times are subject to change during busy seasons or for custom orders.
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its journey to you.
Please keep in mind that once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If an issue does arise, I’m always happy to help guide you on the next steps with the carrier.
Need it by a certain date? Please reach out before placing your order to confirm timing. While I’ll always do my best to accommodate requests, delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.
💛 Custom Orders
I love bringing your ideas to life! Custom orders are always welcome and are a great way to create something truly special and unique to you. If you’re interested in a custom piece, please reach out with your idea, any inspiration, and your desired price point so we can discuss what’s possible.
Once your custom request has been reviewed and approved, a $10 non-refundable deposit is required to begin the design process. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your order.
Because custom items are designed specifically for you, they may require additional creation time. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
I want you to love your purchase truly. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can work together to find the best solution.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused, non-custom items that are in their original condition. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unworn and unaltered.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on my part.
Please note:
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Returns must be approved before being sent back
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage so I can assist you as quickly as possible.
❌ Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible within this timeframe.
After the 24-hour window—or once work has begun on an order, including custom pieces—cancellations will no longer be possible.
Please note that custom orders cannot be canceled once the design or production process has started, as these items are made specifically for you.
⚠️ Damages & Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can assist you. To help resolve the issue quickly, photos and/or videos of the damage or incorrect item are required.
Packaging Disclaimer: All orders are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely. However, once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
Replacements & Refunds: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, I will review the provided photos and determine the best solution. This may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation and item availability. Replacement items will be prioritized whenever possible.
📦 Lost Packages
Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided. I’m always happy to help guide you through next steps or provide any information needed to assist with a carrier claim.
👕 Sizing & Fit Disclaimer (Apparel)
Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order. Measurements are provided to help you find the best fit, but fit may vary slightly depending on the style, material, and individual preference.
Because apparel items are made-to-order, slight variations may occur. Panda’s Creations is not responsible for sizing issues if the correct size was ordered. If you have questions about fit before purchasing, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help!
